Replacmeent block possibly - Hartech do those and may give you a cost-effective solution. I think a Hartech rebuild might be under consideration as that will make it easier to sell on at a future date. Or more sensibly, get a replacement engine fitted with a years warranty. Wifes been understanding, not sure how far I want to push my "luck"
